I. INTRODUCTION
Parent –Teachers Associations is one of the most significant organization in the school
community. The vital role signifies good partnership in terms of the implementation of the
programs and projects in the school itself. The association revitalizing endeavor of effort
to exist the good result of one program. On this part output and outcomes resulted of the
success. The school itself could not stand alone without the help of the PTA officials. Twice
a month, the meeting process for the progress and development of the program
implemented.

1. Still implementing the success of the program.
2. Focus on good plan before the implementation.
3. Coordinate or ask help of one another to meet the good success.
4. Encourage the stakeholders to support the implemented projects.

DELIBERATION/ AGREEMENTS:
1. Call to Order
o The meeting was call to order by Ms. Rhea Alo at 01:00 PM.
2. Getting to Know
o The Class Advisers introduced herself to the Parents/Guardians.
3. Being Informed
The Advisers informed the Parents of the class rules and class schedule, and the subject
areas requirements.
She also reiterated to the parents the attendance of the students in school, and it was
agreed that they will make sure that it is their top priority. The adviser reminded them to
comply the other credentials needed, wearing of uniform and ID. She also invited the
parents and guardians to invite other young youth to who are not enrolled yet to go to enroll
as the school is still open to accept them. The uniform of the students was also discussed
and agreed that by July all of them will be wearing the new uniform. Parents was also
encouraged by the adviser to let their child join the School Band.
PTA Donation
o It was agreed by the body that an amount of Php 100.00 pesos donation per student will
go for the Ceiling Fan as additional ventilation of the classroom.
o It was agreed that the said amount will be under the care of the class adviser.
o The deadline was set on the June 22, 2019 for the said project.
4. Other Matters
The adviser informed the Parents/Guardians of the proposed project of the school
which is a new gazebo for students’ use and they agreed that they will donate a 2x2 or 2x3
timber and other materials for said project. They even volunteered to help in the
construction, the date of will be announced soon.
5. Adjournment
o The meeting was adjourned at 04:00 PM.
