TERRORIST ACTS

INTRODUCTION

act called TADA(terrorist and disruptive
activities prevention act 1987).It extends to the

government, whenever they may be , and to
the person on ships and aircraft registered in

affects a country’s economy. Terrorists were made
in the name of religion. Religion never teaches
terrorism or tell followers to take the lives of other
people. But the wrong leaders teach wrong things
and innocent people fall prey to this. For example
the use of violence or of the threat of violence
in the of political, religious, ideological or social
objectives and acts committed by undercover
personnel serving on the behalf of their
respective governments

Crime that is made illegal by legislation and
crime that is inherently immoral and wrong
Punishment-The maximum penalty is seven
years imprisonment. Preparation of terrorist

intended act of terrorism. The
maximum penalty is life imprisonment.
The main cause of terrorism is because of difference
between the citizen of different countries and also
between countries to those having conflicts .In this
production of large quantities of machine guns,
atomic bombs, hydrogen bombs, nuclear weapons,
missiles, etc. rapid population growth, Politics,
Social, Economic problems, dissatisfaction of
people with the country’s system, lack of education,
racism, economic inequality all these are the
major elements of terrorism, and terrorism
flourishes after them. People use terrorism as a
weapon to prove and justify their point of view. The
riots among Hindus and Muslims are the most
famous but there is a difference between caste and
terrorism.
