APPLICATION UNDER SECTION 22 A & B Cr.P.C

The above named applicant respectfully submits as under:-

1. That the applicant is residing above mentioned address along with his
family.

2. That the applicant is poor labourer person had been working as Private
labour.

3. That the applicant left the work because of illness and paralyze and do not
able to work.

4. That I had done my daughter marriage on 27 July 2018 with Syed Naushad
shah.

5. That after marriage my son in law start beating my daughter on every simple
thing.

6. That I had done complain with My son in laws Parents but they did not say
him anything to understand.

7. That on date 25 oct 2019 at the time of maghrib My son in law beat my
daughter and throw her from their house.

8. That after My daughter tell me on Phone that her husband beat her badly and
throw her from the house then I said her come to our house.

9. That on date 7 Nov 2019 My son in law come to my house and again beat
her and said her come with him and threatened me to kill.

10.That the applicant therefore prays as under:-

PRAYER
 a) That this Honorable Court may kindly be pleased to direct the
Respondent No: 02 to Register the FIR against the Proposed
Accused Persons as per verbatim of Applicant.

b) That this Honorable Court may kindly be pleased to direct the

Respondent No: 01 and 02 to Provide the Legal Protection to
Applicant and his Family Members from the Proposed Accused.

c) Any other relief may deem fit and proper.
