BUDGET PROPOSAL FOR HAND WASHING FACILITIES- 2ND PHASE

I. Identifying Information
The J. Marquez National High School has proposed a Hand washing Facilities last school
year 2018-2019 that benefited the students of the school. With this, we intended to endure
the said project proposal in order to finish the project by this school year 2019-2020, and
improve the hand washing facilities of school.

II. Rationale
The budget proposal for Hand Washing Facilities intended to help the washing facility
and maintaining the cleanliness that will benefit the people of J. Marquez National High
School especially the students. Indeed, we can achieve the proper hygiene, cleanliness of
the students, and healthy wellness of the students.

III. Objectives
The goal or main purpose of this project proposal aims to achieve the following
a. Students will have their washing area to clean their hands.
b. Maintain the cleanliness and healthy wellness of the students.
c. Apply personal hygiene of every student.

V. Methodology
“Budget Proposal for Hand Washing Facilities- 2nd Phase”
The project proposal is located at J. Marquez National High School at S.K. Pendatun
Avenue, Mo. Poblacion, Cotabato City. This school year intended to cover the unfinished hand washing
facilities of the school last year 2018-2019. Through this, we will hire contractor to complete the project
and to be monitor by Anwar A. Kedsong- School Physical Facilitator.
 VI. Budget Requirement
The measurement of the hand washing project is 9 meter long and 1 meter height. Hence,
the project has budgeted of worth of Php. 75,000.00 to cover the all expenses and
materials.

VII. Expected Output

The expected outcome of the project will be finished within this month of July. All budget
and materials provided will be ensured to the best output of the hand washing facilities that
will be benefited by all the students of J. Marquez.
