About the Program:

Aditya Birla Sunlife Insurance – Sales Leadership Program was started in 2015. The program was
launched to infuse young talent into the ABSLI workforce who are either hired from Premium campuses
or hired laterally across the country with the objective of continuously nurturing and growing them.

We are running successfully for 3 years wherein we hire young Talent into the First Level Supervisory
roles across different channels. Basis the success of this program and increasing demand of these young
talents by the organization, there has been an increase in the number and quality of young talent hires.

The Program aims at hiring First Level Managers into the multiple Sales and Distribution channels across
the Aditya Birla Sunlife Insurance Limited.

Candidate Profile: MBA / PGDM with specialization into Sales & Marketing / Insurance

Prior Experience: 0 – 5 years

Role: Deputy Manager / Manager into Sales Function

Key Result Areas:

i. To drive Sales of ABSLI Life Insurance Products and achieve Sales Targets as per the Goal Sheet,
deploying effective marketing strategies to sell new insurance contracts or Upsell / cross sell the
existing ones.
ii. To ensure all the Pre and Post-Sales Support and Services to the Customers / Clients
iii. Achieve Targets related to Premium and NOP in order to contribute in overall growth of the
company.
iv. Relationship Management with stakeholders and partners and aligning to their requirements
v. Manpower planning, Team Management and continuously developing and supporting them in
their deliverables
CTC Range: 6 – 10 lakhs depending on various factors:

1. Past experience – Number of years


2. Past experience – Relevance (sector, team handling, on-field duration)
3. Last drawn CTC (if applicable)

Expectations from the candidates:

a) Able to maintain high level of professionalism into their working roles


b) Highly motivated and passionate to work in a high pressure environment
c) Ability to get results in high demanding environment
d) Willingness to work from any location and completely mobile
e) High Learning agility and willingness to learn on the ground
f) Comfortable for regular business travelling within the Zone / Region assigned

Expected date of joining: As per batches in months of April and May, 2019.
