Evidence: My motivators

Studies of successful individuals have found that there are a few motivators that guide
their career and job choices, and make working an enjoyable and successful experience
for them. Below you will find a list with the motivators that are most commonly
mentioned by high-achieving people. For this evidence you have to organize them in
order of importance from 1 (the most important) to 10 (the least important) and write a
composition expressing how they have been part of your professional development.
Recycle the grammar and vocabulary you have learned in this learning activity.
(Example: I feel variety is the most important factor in my motivation. I don’t like doing
repetitive things. In my current job I have learned how to use Photoshop and how to
market different products online. I am becoming very good at it and now I am able to
teach others.)

Composition

The security is the most important, because a person with security always must to
believe in itself and can achieve the objective that is besoughted

i was use challenges as continues motivations to overcome the obstacles. the

somenthing represents a calllenge for me,I always get over it.

I used to like independence, it was very important in my academic and work

training because I learned to do the things to way me. now I work as a team, with
my family

the interest has been my motivation to put enthusiasm in the things that i do.
the variety is necessary for not to fall into monotony.

whit the relationships, I could start a marriage with my wife because she share my
same interestsand concerns.

the competence with my circle nearby it inspires me, to constantly improve, to

avoid that the competition surpasses me.

the good lifestyle is the results of working hard, it is also a good motivations.

the recognitions of my family, are a reward, that makes me think that all effort put
in to my activities was well done..

money not has been my motivations, i even if aI hav had financial dificulties. with
money we can aspire to live a better life but it is not necessary to be happy
