Clerk:This honourable court of class 8 C of the BAL
BHARATI,PITAMPURA with the Honourable Justice Mr.RAJVANSH is now
in session. Now the judge enters. All rise.

Judge: You may be seated.

Clerk: Your Honour, this is the case of robbery of Mr.jain’s gold ring.

Prosecutor: I, saransh, represent Mr.Bhavyansh, the petitioner.

Defendant: I, harshit, represent Mr.verma and Mr.singh, the defendant.

Prosecutor: Your Honour, my client Mr.jain’s gold ring is missing from

his house. He suspects his friends, Mr.verma and Mr.singh, for having
stolen it.

Defendant: Objection, Your Honour! My client, Mr.verma and Mr.singh is

innocent until proven guilty.

Judge: Objection sustained.

Defendant: Mr.jain, did you see Mr.verma and Mr.singh stealing your
gold ring?

Victim: No, I did not. But I strongly suspect that he has stolen my gold
ring because they are the only people who I allowed to enter my room
for getting something they forgot while we were going out.

Judge: The Prosecution may call its witness.

Prosecutor: What is your name?

Witness: My name is SHIVANSH.

Prosecutor: What connection do you have with mr jain

Witness: I am one of the two friendss for Mr.jain.

Prosecutor: Did you see Mr.verma and Mr.singh stealing the gold ring?

Witness: Yes, I saw him entering Mr.jain’s room and return after 5
minutes with something shining in his hand.

Defendant: Objection, Your Honour!

Judge: Objection sustained.

Defendant: Your Honour, the item described by the witness need not
necessarily be the gold ring. It can also be some other item.

Prosecutor: Miss shivansh, did you see the object in Mr.verma or in

Mr.singh’s hand clearly?

Witness: Yes, I saw it clearly. I am sure it was the gold ring.

Prosecutor: The point may be noted. Thats all, your Honour.

Judge: Do you have any question to the witness? (to harshit)

Defendant: No, Your Honour.

Judge: Do you have anything to say before the court? ( to mr verma nad
mr singh)

Offender: Your Honour, we have not stolen Madam’s gold ring and I am
innocent.I am paid good salary and therefore need not steal anything.

Judge: But the evidence has proven you guilty. Therefore, this court
sentences both of you 1 year imprisonment and a fine of Rs. 5000 each.
The court is adjourned.
