Re: September 26, 2019 Hearing in Mandaluyong RTC Branch 212

We were uninformed / unaware that the Hearing was for the Petitioner’s
Motion for Partial Reconsideration of the Excluded Exhibits “L”, “M”, “N”,
“O”, “S” and “T” and submarkings, and not for the Initial Presentation of
Respondent’s Evidence. (It was received by Atty. Aspiras last September
2, 2019)

It was included in the Minutes that we need to file a Comment for the
Motion for Partial Reconsideration (Re: Order dated 29 July 2019) for 15
days on or before August 11, 2019.

Since the Court has to resolve first the Petitioner’s Motion, the Initial
Presentation of Respondent’s Evidence will be reset. The Court will
deliver the notice to the address of EDG.

I was able to have all the documents photocopied, and will get it by
September 27, 2019. I just need to present Authorization Letter from
EDG. (Please check the draft letter)

The Withdrawal of Appearance was already received by WG’s counsel,

and the Fiscal. I need to give 2 copies to the Court and 1 each for the
OSG and the LCR.
