 BUSINESS PROCESS AND RULES
Ø shall provide the Partner with the MLKP Express gadget and system
necessary to start the operation of the ML Kwarta Padala
Service.
Ø shall give the Partner a 30% commission for domestic remittance
and billspayment and tiered rate for (international payout) less
of withholding tax of the actual service charge of each trxn.

Ø shall provide the Partner with operational and technical support in

all concerns pertaining to the operations of the business.

Ø shall provide the Partner’s authorized users an access to the

MLKP Express Reports in the tablet for the real time reports of all
their transactions.

Ø shall provide the Partner with all the marketing collaterals that
the Partner shall use in promoting the business.
 PARTNER’S GUIDELINES
Ø Partner shall apply for accreditation with M. Lhuillier.
Ø After the qualification process, ML shall allow the Partner to operate the MLX Business.
Ø Partner shall acquire the ML Express Business Kit
Ø Partner shall submit pictures of his location
Ø Partner shall operate the ML Express Service in his location which should not be
within 300meter radius from any existing ML or MLX branch.
Ø Partner must subscribe to the Terms and Conditions of the MLKP Service.
Ø Partner must have an android or IOS phone for his ML Wallet.
Ø Partner must comply with all the requirements of the BSP, the AMLC and all
government laws and regulations.
Ø The Partner’s location must have passed the standards set forth by ML.
Ø The Partner must shoulder all taxes and fees pertinent to his part of the business.
Ø Partner must have a good data connection from any telco network.
Ø Partner must keep all the SEND and PAY receipt for five (5) years
Ø Partner must not be engaged nor will engage in a competing money transfer service
provided by another money transfer operator.
Ø Partner must not assign his business or any part thereof to any party or entity.
Ø The Partner must not introduce any device, gadget or chip that will alter or change the
MLKP Express System.
