We are glad to share your great deal with our members.

Here are some FAQ you might need to learn, if you have more enquiry please don't feel hesitate
to contact us.

Deal Submission FAQ

Notes: If you are having problem saving the deal, please be advised not to copy and paste the
content from Microsoft Word, another website, and etc, as this may insert special characters
which will fail the submission. Instead, please type in the content manually.

1. After I had log in my account, I cannot see any function to add a deal?
To add a deal in GroupMe.my, you required to login to your account by using your Lelong.my’s
userID and password. After login, you should be able to see a button in green color with text
"Submit A Great Deal". Or you can access to “Manage Deals”, under “Manage Deals” there is a
button with text “Submit A Great Deal”. From there you can start to prepare your deal for our
second review.

2. After I had submitted my deal, can I edit it?


After you had submitted your deal to GroupMe.my, you will have 24 hours to edit the deal that
you had submitted. After your deal had been approved, you are not allowed to edit your deal’s
information.

3. How to change the default picture?


To change the default picture where you had submitted, just login to your account and go to
“Manage Deals”. Then go to “Requested Deals” to look for the deal you had submitted and click
on the “pen” symbol Just click on the picture you had uploaded before to re-browse your new
picture and click “open”. After your picture had been updated, please click “Save”.

4. How to add additional pictures?


After your deal had been submitted, you can see there is additional tab on the top which is
“IMAGES” go to the tab and click on “Add Images” and you will see a box with text “Click to Add
Image”, just click on it and browse for your picture(s) file then click “Open”. After the picture
had successfully uploaded, you should able to view the image. If there are not changes for your
images, please click “Save Images”.

5. How to add option for my deal?


After your deal had been submitted, you can see there is additional tab on the top which is
“OPTIONS”, go to the tab and click on “Add Options”. After that, you should see few empty
columns. Please fill in accordingly and save it by click on “Save Options”
Remark:
- Option Name is the title for your option (please specify full title with the color/size/your
option at here)

- Certificate Title is your unique deal ID for your option.

6. How option works under GroupMe.my?


The title that you had key in before will default to be 1 of the option for your buyer too. So
please make sure you specified in the description there will be additional color or size for them
to choose from. Please refer to the example below:

7. What is Deal ID/Key? Is it a must to key in?


Yes, it is a must for you to key the Deal ID/ Key. Deal ID/ Key is a unique ID from the combination
of alphanumeric. It is the reference code for your deal title. Example:

Mipow Maca Air Color Power Case for Iphone4 (Blue color)
 Deal ID: Mipow-Maca-Air-Color-Power-Case-for-Iphone4-Blue-color
8. What is Deal SKU?
It is the product code/barcode/model number. You may ignore it if you do not have any product
code.

9.What is “Minimum Buy”?


“Minimum Buy” is the minimum quantity that you allowed your buyer to purchase for your deal.
By default, system will set it to “1”.

10. What is “Fine Print”?


Fine Print will be the “Terms and Condition” that you would like to apply for your deal.

11. What is “Highlight”?


Highlight will be the summary for your product description in POINT FORM format.

12. What is “Review”?


Review is an evaluation of a product means what other buyers said about your product or the
services that you had provided.
