TREASURER’S REPORT seminar is assumed to be on November 30, 2019.

FRIENDS OF SAN ROQUE

 Ending balance as of October 2019:
PHP 9,647.23
Breakdown:
PHP 7,847.23 + Love offering collection of
PHP 1,800.00
 PHP 1,000.00 was deducted from the current
balance of the ministry as MLC’s mass
 As the cancellation of the Arancel system
will greatly affect the parish funding for
its expenses, all members of all PMOs
and Ministries will be mandated to be
part of “Friends of San Roque” to
contribute on the parish funds.
 Each member of the organization /
ministry will be coursing their donations
through their organization’s / ministry’s
treasurer. The treasurers will forward the
said donations to the parish office
collectively.
 Sis. Fred will make a master list of the
members of MLC so that members who
would like to affiliate their donations
with MLC will be identified.
 Current system of monthly donations:
Minimum love offering of PHP 50 (for
org) + Friends of San Roque: any amount
(for parish)
PARISH CHRISTMAS PARTY
 MLC agreed that it is amenable to have a
low-budget Christmas party in the parish
as long as attendees are numerous.

CONCERNS
 ADVENT PROJECT – Recollection
o Sis. Abby will make a poll
regarding the date of the
recollection.
 MEETING SCHEDULE
o Sis. Abby is asking if there is a
need to change the time and date
of the ministry’s monthly
meeting.
o Sis. Melizza suggested that we
provide a letter to those who do
not attend the MLC meeting.
o Sis. Abby will create a poll first in
the FB page so that the ministry
would be able to assert the
situations of other members
before imposing attendance.
 PROPOSAL OF MBG REGARDING FLOWER
DONATIONS
o Organizations are expected to
donate at least PHP 1,500 for the
flowers.
o MLC schedule of donations would
be on February 09, 2020, June 07,
2020 and on September 06, 2020
o Personal donations are
encouraged. Any deficit of
donations coming from personal
donations would be shouldered
through the ministry’s funds.
 PROPOSAL OF NEW UNIFORM
o Finalization of new uniform
design will be by next year so that
MLC members who will attend
the installation will be able to
wear it.
 Sis. Abby expressed her appreciation for
those who proactively informs co-mlc
members that they cannot attend certain
schedules due to personal reasons /
errands.
