related reports in such a way that readers can rapidly become acquainted

o States the exact business address (Section Address) No
additional description is provided to highlight the exact
business address and
o Indicate the reason for the selection of the location.

● Funding Requirement and Source


o The estimated total initial cost of the business venture must
be clearly indicated.
o It should include the projected breakdown or allocation of the
total cost, e.g., how much will be for building, fixtures,
equipment, supplies, and working capital.
o Present the source or sources of funds.
