GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Read all cases in their full text. There will be recitations every meeting, including
the first meeting. Requests for ceasefire will not be entertained.
2. No book will be required for use in class for the entire semester. However, it is
highly recommended to read the relevant chapters in any or all of the books
authored by Fr. Joaquin G. Bernas, Justice Antonio Eduardo B. Nachura and Atty.
Hector de Leon.
3. Always be prepared for a quiz. Bring yellow pad paper every meeting.
4. IMPORTANT: These cases are subject to change with prior notice at least three
days before class.
