LEASING CONTRACT

telephone, aqueduct, gas and sewer services used on the property. EIGHTH

Obligations of the lessor:


1. Grant the use and enjoyment of the property and the elements that make up

present their differences to the decision of an arbitral tribunal that will rule in the

law, renouncing to submit their claims before the ordinary judges, this tribunal will

comply with the conciliation rules. Center and arbitration of the Chamber of
