AIMS AND SCOPE

(1) NEW TECHNOLOGIES CALLED INTEGRAEED-SYSTEMS-OF-SYSTEMS, (ISOS) SHOULD KEEP
GUIDING THE JOURNAL UPDATED AIMS AND SCOPES. THESE INCLUDE PARTIAL REPLACEMENTS OF
the "100-YEARS-OLD" SPIN-STALL-SENSITIVE AERONAUTICS by Physics-of-Rotation JETONAUTICS.

(2) PROJECTED 2020-2040 6TH-AVIATION-GENERATION ASSIGNS HIGHER ROLES THAN IN THE PAST
TO ADVANCED JET ENGINES, SMALL AND LARGE, ESPECIALLY IN U.S., RUSSIA and CHINA. [E.G.
decades of delays to deliver certified jet engines to the yet underpowered JES-Su-57, JES-J-10.].

(3) MORE THAN EVER BEFORE, ISOS DEPENDS ON ADVANCED JET ENGINES' R&D, DESIGN,
DYNAMICS, THRUST, specific fuel consumption (rage), PERFORMANCE, DURABILITY, INTEGRATION
WITH AIR FRAMES, LAB & FLIGHT TESTS CERTIFICATION, AVAILABILITY, ETC. Updated post-stall
WVR STEALTH AIR COMBAT RESORT TO JET-ENGINES STEERING, (JES), aka "JETONAUTICS", 3D
Thrust Vectoring Flight Control, (3DTVFC), that delivers 15 advantages over aero-based a/c, UAV.
