Gentlemen,

Please see the attached lessons learned that was develop by myself, Abiola and Augustine.
After compiling the list, it is amazing to me that we actually finished the job. I commend
your crew in the field for the fight they showed to get to the finish line – hope they will be
rewarded.

In my 26 year career I have never seen a contractor with this many lessons learned, this
degree of delay, client begging to give the next project with slow or no response in some
cases and still after all this getting another project. Again, thank your crew for fighting this
battle with one hand tied behind their back.
