NOTE :
1. Rack Position display during Injection Quantity Adjustment
At a rack position of X : Np = 1200 rpm and 25.0 ± 1.5 mm3/st (5.0 ± 0.3 cc/200st),
scratch position lines on the housing and rack.(fig.1)

2. Confirm that the injection quantity is the specified value 11.0 ± 7.5 mm3/st
(2.2 ± 1.5 cc/200st) at the prescribed speed (1500 rpm) when the rack position is
X – 2.00 mm.

3. Confirm that the injection quantity of each cylinder is 0 (no injection) when the rack
position is 3.00 mm at the prescribed speed (1700 rpm). Position Lines
