Fettuccine Pasta Meatballs

 
Production Goal
By November 2019, prepare and cook a well prepared, tasty and enticing italian fettuccine
meatballs with time provided (75 minutes). A maximum serving of three people.

Safety And Hygiene Practices
❖ Tie hair back and wear hairnet to prevent from contamination.

❖ Don’t wear dangling jewelry.
❖ Turn pot handles away from the front of the stover.
❖ Wash hands thoroughly and make sure all cuts and wounds are covered.
❖ Clean and sanitize area when finished cooking.

Ingredients
❖ 500g minced beef
❖ 1tbsp crushed garlic
❖ 50g Parmesan cheese

❖ 1 onion
❖ 1 cup of chicken stock

❖ ½ cup Parmesan cheese
❖ 2 eggs
Method
Fettuccine Pasta Meatballs
Step One ~ Place all meatball ingredients in a bowl and season to taste with salt and pepper.
Mix well to combine and form tablespoons of mixture into balls.
Step Two ~ Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Add meatballs and cook, turning occasionally
for 5 minutes, or until well browned. Remove from pan and set aside.
Step Three ~ Add onion to pan and cook, stirring until tender. Return meatballs with pan
with tomatoes and bring to the boil. Cover and cook until sauce is thickened.
Step Four ~ Meanwhile cook pasta in a large saucepan of salted water. Drain and add
meatballs / sauce and top with grated parmesan cheese.
