Dear Sir,

We wish to recruit workers from India under our Sponsorship through your Agency, The categories

Terms & Conditions

1. The contract if for 2 ( Two) years.The worker will be on probation for 90 days and will be
confirmed on successful completion of probationary period.
2. The company will provide the following benefits to the workers at the company cost
i) To and Fro Air Ticket to Home Country
ii) Free Accommodation
iii) Transportation from Residence to place of work and back
iv) Food provided by Company
v) Workers Insurance covers the medical facilities by company
vi) Residence permit for the period of this contract and for any renewed period and any
fine due to delay in obtaining such permit shall be covered by company
vii) Driving license ( for drivers only )
No deduction/recovery from the salary of the workers will be levied by the company for the
above mentioned benefits and facilities
3. Working hours will be 8 (Eight) hours per day for 6 (Six) consecutive days per week, with one
day holiday. Overtime allowance will be paid for any additional hours at work in accordance
with the labor law of Mauritius.
4. The worker shall be entitled to a minimum of 30 days leave for every completed year of
continuous service in the company.
5. The passport of the worker being the property of the Government of India, shall not be
confiscated by the employer under any circumstances. The passport will be retained by the
worker at all times and will be produced before the Embassy of India, as and when called for.
6. Detailed employment contract will be issued by company at the time of deployment of the
workers from India.
