Reservation is an arrangement to have something held for their use at a later time,
has a big part of today’s generation. According to Dick Pereilaye, reservation system is
significance of today’s technological age. Computers are widely used in a way that it
makes a job faster and easier. As the population grows the need for dental care services is
to be in equal or at least add some new way to simply some approach. Manual procedures
may no longer be effective in handling or accommodating patient, that is why the clinic
owner is find an alternatives with the use of new technology and techniques to assist the
patients.

Buenaventura and Mrs. Jasmine Joie Buenaventura. Kino’s brother Jayson Lim is the one

Since the Clash Of Burgers has been thinking on getting in touch the their
customers. They want to provide more efficient services to their customers. The
researchers proposed an Online Reservation and Inquiry with SMS Notification System
to make the transactions faster and it was said to be the best solution and most innovative
answer for the needs of the management. The main concern of the system is the
processing of the transaction for both customer and owner, and the appointment

which are hidden on log in form for the patients. It will also allow every level of access to
register to the system customers or patients. The adding of new customers in the database
will be done by filling up an application form which will be recorded to the database and
the proposed system will automatically generate an ID number for each customer that
will also serve as a proof that the customer has a record or not. The customer or the user
will give then personal information such as name, address, age, email address, nickname,
occupation, and contact number. In terms of security, the proposed system will include a
log-in form. The log in form for the customers only displays limited information. If the
user is not a registered member no possible transaction can be done viewing the whole
website.
Reservation Module. The appointment book is a feature where the system will
send a notification for the reservation or the appointment of each customer. Only the
registered customer can receive a SMS notification. The SMS notification will be

automatically sent if the reservation is available and approved, the verification can also

Order Module. The admin can view all the transactions and all orders on the form,
order history. This module helps to keep the records of each customer.
