EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

La Vista Dueñador, a Cebu-based real estate company that


offers low cost housing for the marginalized and the poor. La Vista
Dueñador’s housing will balance safety, cutting edge features, and
a positive atmosphere for the people. These will be provided with
unmatched levels of customer service and attention.

The business name was derived from the Spanish word “la”
means “the”, Vista that defines as a pleasing view, and “Dueñador”,
the combination of surnames from both family race (Dueñas &
Labrador). The idea of La Vista Dueñador was inspired from a novel
written by Jonah, “Island of Fire” I, Danica Resha Dueñas, the owner
of this real estate company– LA VISTA DUEÑADOR, a 25 year old
businesswoman and a graduate of Bachelor of Business
Administration from St. Theresa’s College, has a goal in mind for the
betterment of the common good. I am currently living at La Guardia
Lahug, Cebu City together with my family. La Vista has an essential
vision and mission not only for the lower classes, it also provide mid
cost housing for the middle and upper class with conceptual design
and modernized structure. Our company is dedicated to offer state-
of-the-art living conditions reflective of the rapid advancements in
technology and a growing need for quality housing. La Vista’s
primary objective is to maintain the highest level of customer
satisfaction that is achievable.

The housing owner’s safety, happiness, and comfort are also


one of our goals. Within the company we will strive to work as a
cohesive, harmonious unit focused on exemplifying our mission.
Housing units will predominantly be located in the most attractive
and accessible locations targeting families and professionals. I
personally live for the mission and vision of the company since I was
also one of the lower classes who dreamt for a home that is cozy,
affordable, and worth it enough to live in. La Vista Dueñador fosters
the ideals of the importance of the people needs along with healthy
and understanding relationships and a professional commitment to
a satisfaction.

1. La Vista Dueñador aspires to be the biggest real estate
company in the Queen City of the South. Its unique feature is a
cohesive and strong working ethic among its incorporators. The
real estate company wants to still continue the mission that was
been established from the time immemorial in the next years to
come, which is to make housing for the poor & marginalized.
2. La Vista Dueñador provides lots of services for the common
good and there was been a huge positive feedback from
them. Soon, the La Vista will build a playground for those
families who have children that make “fun” as a must-have
factor. La Vista also feels responsible for the happiness &
comfort of the home buyers.
