The business name was derived from the Spanish word “la”
means “the”, Vista that defines as a pleasing view, and “Dueñador”,
the combination of surnames from both family race (Dueñas &
Labrador). The idea of La Vista Dueñador was inspired from a novel
written by Jonah, “Island of Fire” I, Danica Resha Dueñas, the owner
of this real estate company– LA VISTA DUEÑADOR, a 25 year old
businesswoman and a graduate of Bachelor of Business
Administration from St. Theresa’s College, has a goal in mind for the
betterment of the common good. I am currently living at La Guardia
Lahug, Cebu City together with my family. La Vista has an essential
vision and mission not only for the lower classes, it also provide mid
cost housing for the middle and upper class with conceptual design
and modernized structure. Our company is dedicated to offer state-
of-the-art living conditions reflective of the rapid advancements in
technology and a growing need for quality housing. La Vista’s
primary objective is to maintain the highest level of customer
satisfaction that is achievable.
