1. Objective:

Need of new system

Today the internet and its boom have created a new economic scenario that not only stresses on the classical concept of the
“product” but also on the modern concept of “service”. It is this level of service that dictates whether a commercial venture will
succeed or not in a market. To provide a high accessibility of service we will design the online shopping website. So that potential
customers need not go to a physical shop to buy products or services.

 The site is giving all the information about the e-shopping to provides better services to customers.
 It provides the facility to the customers who wants to shop on-line due to lock of time.
 It provides facility to the customers to payment by cash and cheque and DD also.
 It providing the full details about the product and related information about the product like cost and size etc.
 It provides the remote shopping by the cash. or DD or debit card also.
 With the help of its we can save the time and money also.

2. Feasibility Study

Feasibility is an important phase in the software development process it enables the developers to have an
assessment of the product being developed it refers to the feasibility study of the product in terms of outcomes of the
product, operational required for implement ting it. Feasibility study should be performed on the basic of various criteria
and parameter. The various feasibility studies are: -

This product is operationally feasible as it is designed specifically for E-Governance. This provides consistent and integrated
data management, It is also provides information at all levels of people.

Technical feasibility
The system is self -explanting and does not need any entire sophisticated training. A system has been built by concentrating
on the graphical user interface concepts, the application con also be handled very easily with a novice uses. The overall time that a
user needs to get trained less than 15 minutes.

Legacy feasibility:
Legacy feasibility means the software which we are developing is follow all the rules and regulation. The software must not
be copyright of other software. This feasibility includes the legal process of the software that means if our software or project is

Finance feasibility:
Finance feasibility means our project financially strong or not. Any software or project financially should be strong because
developing cost of software is very high if we have not efficient money it can affect the project.

Time feasible:
Time feasibility means the software is work effectively in future or software is reusable or not. Any change request or new
requirement is generated in future can be change easily.

items for eventual purchase.

The software allows online shopping to accumulate a list of items for purchase. At the point of sale, the software typically
calculates a total for the order, including freight transport, postage as well as packaging and labelling. Associate taxes are calculated
as applicable.

Online shopping basically based on e-shop model or B2C model (business-to-consumer). Since “online shopping”, in the
context of the B2C business model, became broadly available to the end consumer, internet -based “online shopping” evolved.

Purpose:

The purpose of online shopping is to save time, save money. Through online shopping one can save his valuable time. One
can watch and select things which customers wants. Through online shopping we can save our money because prices are less than
market prices and we receive our bought things at our home.

A typical online store enables the customers to browse the film’s range of the products and service, view picture of the prod
ucts, along with information about the product specification, features and prices.

Online stores usually enable shoppers to search features to find specific models, brand or item. Online customers must have
access to the internet and a valid method of payment in order to complete a transaction, such as a credit card, an interac-enable debit
card, or a service such as PayPal.

Scope:
Now the time is changing and the human are busy in their schedule, so everyone is comfortable with the online shopping
project and also the people appreciate the project. Time is changing very fast so the requirement of users is increasing so they
prefer online shopping more than shopping from market, shops.

This project provides the software for ONLINE-SHOPPING. The purpose of this project is to provide easy shopping facility
online and easy selling facility to the merchants of all category. The customers register with their details and get authentication for
authorized Login.

This project also provides the security with the use of login-id and password. So that any unauthorized users can’t use your
account.

Introduction:
Online shopping project is a new direction of marketing. Online shopping report gives the documentation of whole process.
Online shopping relates with the digital platform and makes the people comfort. Online shopping is not only for shopping it is also
related with the marketing platform for small company or gives the chance for growing up.

Online shopping report gives the whole idea for the advantages in future. This software has many advantages like:

 Every country now is developing so they want digital work more than human work.
 Online shopping is a new chance to grow up for small industries and small company.
 Online shopping report gives a basic idea how the system will work in environment and which factor can be affect

site after testing the product’s quality.

 Advertising the site: responsible for making advertisements for the site.

 Login: customers must have a valid login id to enter into the site.
 Registration: new user can sign up by creating new id.
 View and edit own details: can view /edit his personal details, payment details, and details about services provided.
 Choosing and comparing product: can view all available products and can compare them and make a choice for
purchasing products.
 Purchasing: can purchase any product through valid credit cart.
 Giving feedback to customers care: can give feedback to the 24x7 customers care service centre about their impression
for the site.
 Logout: customer must log out of the site after purchasing products.

 OFS shall handle expected and non-expected errors in ways that prevent loss in information and long downtime period.
Recovery: In online shopping software recovery is important part because if the software will be hanging
or not work then the data will be disappearing. So, recovery is important for future problem. For user data
storing is important.
