When it comes to SofTechniak , everything starts with a 3D Digital
model of building. We use BIM processes to deliver
buildings/projects on true scales using up to date softwares and the
latest tools. We offer to see the building before ground is even
broken. BIM model helps in visualizing the complete project before
construction and thus enabling comparison between different design
options leading to the development of more efficient and cost
effective solution.
Shop Drawings
Buildings and interior in 3D Camera view SofTechniak has the proficiency to create BIM models that are
highly accurate, synchronized and reliable enough to feed the
fabrication/ construction process. Thus our shop drawings are
useful to contractors, fabricators, suppliers and manufacturers
during construction. These drawings are directly generated from
BIM model and are detailed enough for on-site construction.
As-Built Documentation
SofTechniak also provides you the opportunity to get As-Built BIM
model of your constructed structure. This model capture all true
aspects of existing building for changes and extensions to be
implemented in future. It would also be helpful in the maintenance
plans etc. To incorporate all changes in BIM model, our team works
closely with the construction personnel. Our As-Built BIM services
help contractors in successful project close-out which is difficult
when information is mismanaged or inaccessible.
