lowing situations:
1. You are a fresh college graduate. You are currently applying for your first job (identify the
name of the job). Write a resumé and an application letter to impress your prospective em-
ployer.
2. You are a college professor. Your student, who is currently applying for a job, requested you
to write a recommendation letter.
3. You are a client who availed yourself of a product from an online shopping Web site. The
product arrives two days late. You want to express your discontent about the online shop-
ping center’s services.
4. After ten years of working in a company, you have decided to take a different career path.
You will notify your employer about your career plans at least one month earlier.
