1. ¿WHY DID YOU CHOOSE THIS TOPIC FOR THE PROJECT YOU HAVE
DEVELOPED IN THE COURSE OF THE MARKET MANAGEMENT
TECHNOLOGIST PROGRAM?

During this long period of training I have been working with an idea of an
innovative and attractive project in my region; this idea or undertaking refers
to the opening of an establishment that offers ice-cream products with a
differentiating value such as self-service and the children's and adults'
"Heladería Autoservicio Dulce Amor" playground, this project is born of a
need that the inhabitants live and tourists of the municipality of Bolivar -
Santander; becoming for me a profitable and feasible business opportunity in
the region.

2. ¿WILL YOU CONTINUE TO WORK WITH THIS PROJECT OR CHANGE

FOR A DIFFERENT ONE? ¿WHY?

One of the objectives that I proposed since starting this training process was
to create my own company; thanks to the didactic texts, study material
provided by the platform and the help of the instructors, I have consolidated
valuable information about my project, which will be analyzed at the moment
of incorporating this venture in the regional market.

Of course I will continue with this project, because according to studies and
research carried out this project idea is viable and profitable in my
municipality.

3. ¿WHO ARE THE MEMBERS OF YOUR WORK TEAM WITHIN THE

PROJECT? ¿WHY I CHOOSE YOU? ¿HOW TEAMWORK WAS? IN CASE
TEAMWORK HAS NOT BEEN EFFECTIVE, EXPLAIN WHY?

The first two quarters I worked with a partner, it really was a very beautiful
experience; since the teamwork and collaborative work was evidenced. From
one moment to another I lost contact with her, use every possible means to
contact her but I was not able to, from that moment I have been working alone
developing the evidence with the help that provides me the platform and the
team of instructors.
 I think that one of the shortcomings of this work team was the amount of
occupations and responsibilities that we had the apprentices, causing my
partner to leave the work group without explanation.

4. MENTION SOME OF THE INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL FACTORS THAT

HAVE AFFECTED THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE PROJECT

Currently this project idea is not being implemented, but there are internal and
external factors that can affect the development of the project among them
are:
1. I do not have enough economic resources to invest in the assets that are
required for the execution of the project.
2. The advantage that the competition has in terms of machinery and
equipment.
3. The place of residence of the entrepreneur not the same as the
establishment.
4. Constant climate changes.
5. The supply of products in direct competition.

5. THINK YOU HAVE A SUCCESSFUL PROJECT ¿WHY? EXPLAIN YOUR

RESPONSE

According to studies carried out, I believe that this idea or undertaking is

successful, since the research carried out showed positive results to start the
project execution, this venture will be profitable and viable in my municipality,
a great opportunity to start a successful company that generates employment
and contribute to regional social and economic development.
