Driving License or SIM is one of the completeness documents that must be taken while driving. The
driver of the vehicle carries the license as a form of eligibility and proof that he has been allowed to
drive. Along with its use, the Regional Police as the SIM organizer felt this formal document needed
to be updated. Therefore, on September 22, 2019, Polda Metro Jaya officially issued a Smart SIM as
a substitute for a conventional SIM. When viewed from the form, Smart SIM tends to be fresh and
very functional. Smart SIM is more concise by loading information that is far different from before. In
addition, the Smart SIM is also more multifunctional. Can be used as a digital payment instrument
and act as a speeding track record.

participated in the delivery process, Yasmin Dermawan said, of the nine babies, seven of them were
born with cesarean section. Meanwhile, the other two babies were born normally."There are nine
babies born on this beautiful date. Seven were born by cesarean and two were born normally,"
Yasmin said, Thursday (9/19/2019).Yasmin revealed, until this afternoon, there were only nine
pastors who delivered at the RSA Cahaya Bunda, Cirebon City, West Java. He admitted, of the nine
priests, there were six priests who deliberately chose the beautiful date 19 September 2019 to

Tregedi karhutla 16sept

The National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB) recorded at least 328,724 hectares of land in
Sumatra and Kalimantan affected by forest and land fires (forest and land fires). According to data
released by BNPB as of September 17 2019, at 08.00 West Indonesia Time, the burned land was
spread in six provinces namely Riau, Jambi, South Sumatra, West Kalimantan, Central Kalimantan
and South Kalimantan. The six provinces have also been designated as areas of emergency alert due
to forest and land fires (karhutla). The Riau Province contributed the most burning land area, which
was around 49,266 thousand hectares and had 76 hotspots. This resulted in Riau Province having
unhealthy air quality. Then, the next most burned area was Central Kalimantan Province which was
44,769 hectares.

The province also has 195 hotspots. This makes Central Kalimantan has a dangerous level of air
quality. Next, the next largest area of burning land is West Kalimantan, which is around 25,900
hectares and has the highest number of hotspots, ie 622 points. Air quality in West Kalimantan
province was recorded in an unhealthy state. Next is South Kalimantan, the area of burning land in
this province is 19,490 hectares and still has 178 hotspots.

Meanwhile, the air quality in South Kalimantan is somewhat better although still at a moderate
level. The next province is South Sumatra. There are at least 11,826 hectares of burned land in this
province. The number of hotspots is also relatively high at 226 points. While air quality in South
Sumatra is also the same as in South Kalimantan, which is in the medium level. The last province
affected was Jambi. In this province there are 11,022 hectares of burned land. In addition, it also still
leaves 81 hotspots and causes unhealthy air quality.

Student demonstrations in various regions, evidence of high political awareness? (24sept)

The plan to ratify a number of laws in Indonesia gave birth to a variety of student demonstrations in
a number of regions. The gathering mass is a combination of students and youth from various
universities and organizations. Simultaneously, they voiced similar aspirations. This phenomenon,
according to political sociologist at Airlangga University, Novri Susan, shows a high political
awareness among Indonesian youth. According to Novri, the political awareness of young people is
formed by intellectual roots that are deeply rooted in society. In fact, he stated, the political change
of this nation was influenced by young intellectual kaunm. So Novri stated, the political awareness of
young people in this country is always high.

"So, Indonesian youths have genetic intellectualism to make changes and control the organization of
power," Novri said Kompas.com, Tuesday (9/24/2019). Novri explained, political awareness is
knowledge about organizing good and bad power. According to him, the translation of this
knowledge then continued with the act of participating. He continued, in a situation like today, when
the office holders are considered to be doing malpractice of power, then it will automatically
manifest intellectual awareness as a corrective movement. Furthermore, the political awareness of
young people in Indonesia is also strengthened by the ease of gaining access to democratic political
knowledge. "Thus, demonstrations in several cities are a form or an indication of political awareness.
They are carrying out movements of control and correction of power which are wrong in policy,"
Novri said. Even so, political awareness is indeed not entirely owned by youth. According to Novri,
everyone has different levels or levels of awareness.

But in general, seeing young people who are moving now, Novri assesses that most have political
awareness. "The phenomenon of just joining in without political awareness is certainly there, but for
me minor. It does not become a variable that affects the content of the youth protest movement
against power," he said. Political awareness among young people at this time is also supported by
the ease of getting information.

In addition, the unique communication style shown by banners that read the phrase political humor
is also able to make young people more literate with the conditions of national politics. The use of
these humorous sentences can open space for new political awareness in young people. This,
according to Novri, is a symbol of showing political awareness in the era of digital society. Thus, the
use of humor in action actually still gives strength in the mobilization of the functions of civil society.
In addition, the language of political humor used in various actions, is able to expand political
networks among young people, so as to increase the involvement of young people in the protest
movement.

Big Breakthrough, Scientists Return Carbon Dioxide Into Coal

The world of international science is being shocked by the news that the RMIT University research
team has succeeded in turning carbon dioxide back into coal. In fact, this is not the first time we
have succeeded in returning another form of carbon dioxide. However, the techniques available so
far are still many shortcomings. Some are too long, too complicated, cannot be done on a large scale
or are at risk of releasing carbon again. Now, the technique developed by Australian researchers is
not only fast, but also does not require too much pressure or chemical reactions that are too
complicated. This technique is even carried out at room temperature. Published in the journal
Nature Communications, researchers call their technology an alternative way to reduce carbon
dioxide from the atmosphere safely and permanently.

The key is to use liquid metal as a catalyst. Reporting from Science, Tuesday (02/26/2019); the
researchers first made molten metal alloys from gallium, indium and lead. They then added a little of
the catalytically active cerium and placed the mixture into a glass tube with a little water. When the
wire is inserted into the molten metal, some of the cerium that is on the surface reacts with oxygen
and forms a very thin layer of cium oxide. However, the majority of cerium is still protected by liquid
metal. The researchers then transferred pure carbon dioxide into the glass tube and sent electricity
through a wire. Carbon dioxide is absorbed into the molten metal and converted by cesium and
electricity to carbon that resembles coal. Unlike the previous techniques, there is no buildup of
carbon in cerium when using this process. Carbon is formed into small black flakes which then
release and descend to the sides and bottom of the tube. Thus, the production of solid carbon can
continue.

One member of the research team, Dr. Torben Daeneke, also revealed other advantages. He said, so
far carbon dioxide has only been converted to solid at very high temperatures, so it cannot be
carried out industrially. "By using liquid metal as a catalyst, we have proven that converting gas to
carbon can be done at room temperature, in an efficient and scalable process," he said. The study's
lead author, Dr. Dorna Esrafilzadeh, also said that the carbon formed through this technique can also
be used as an electrode because it is capable of storing electric energy. "A side advantage of this
process is that carbon can store electrical energy, (thus) becoming a super capacitor that has the
potential to be used as a component in future vehicles," he said. He continued, this process also
produced synthetic fuels as a by-product, which might also have industrial applications.
