 INTRODUCTION

Work Immersion has a lot of importance. For a student like us, this Work Immersion
helps us to be more mature and to become ready in the future. It provides us a lot of
knowledge and wisdom that can be applied in the real job.Ourselves will be developed during
and after Immersion.

As a students it's our pleasure to work with professionals.They help and guide us in the
activities that a trainee should do.This experience will help us to be more competent and
develop our skills that are relevant in our fields of interests. They are a part of our success in
this Work Immersion. They also help us to be ready in all the circumstances that God gives us
and surely we can surpass the trials in our lives.

As we experienced the true field of work, we realized that working is not as easy as we
think. We will only realized the hardships that an employer is doing if we will experienced their
work with our heart.
It serves as an important point of reference behind new imperatives.

 Purpose of the Portfolio

This portfolio is one of the requirements for the students Work Immersion. It is a
compiled of activities over a period of time. It is also used for assesing performance and
progress of a student who undergo Work Immersion. Portfolio is important to us because it
showcases our skills and abilities rendered in our Work Immersion activities.

It reveals my experiences in the work immersion through the exposition and pictures
presented herein. This portfolio shows what the Work Immersion and the venue all about. It
shows also all challenges that I encountered in doing activities in the ten day Work Immersion
and the ways that I made to successfully finish them. It also shows what I have learn in the
duration of our Work Immersion, the knowledge, wisdom and skills.

Persons or students can see or use this portfolio as their basis for work exploration
related to their chosen career. They can use this portfolio to widen their idea and knowledge on
work.

Brief Description about the Work Immersion
Venue

Work Immersion Venue is all about the place where one performs his work. It also refers
to the place of work or to the place where work is done, the place where people derive not only
their means of subsistence but their sense of fulfillment and achievement as well.

Our Work Immersion Venue is the Public Employment and Services Office. Their services
include employment for poor and unemployed. The mission of PESO is " As a non- free charging
facilitator agency, it aims to strengthen the overall labor exchange system to address skill,
employment and other related concerns.

As a future employee, business man and owner in my own business, work immersion

As a student, my first goal is to improve and build new skills. Immersion will help students gain

new set of skills and improve their existing capabilities and more knowledge about what job they want

to take.

Second, to become goal driven. Immersion trains us how to achieve our goals by givibg an

opportunity to work with and be a professional and highly creative people.

Immersion is very important to us, this serves as our stepping stone in facing the world outside.
