INTRODUCTION

The renovation focuses on the remodeling and refurbishing at a glance. As we all know, building

is trendy. Nevertheless, renovation is more common than new construction projects. The

Brokenshire College has an Amphitheater wherein most of the activities, events, and occasions of

the students and even outside of the school activities are held. The Robert Black Amphitheater has

been useful for the students and some other groups, for it provides protection and a steady stream

of events and occasions. Our attentions are not enough in just seeing that the Amphitheater we

have right now is just fine. Changing its fashion through modifying its needs to meet one’s

expectations is what this paper’s goal is.

PURPOSE

As we all know, taking on a renovation project can be a daunting one, knowing that there will be

a lot of things to consider. Taking on a renovation specifically to the Robert Black Amphitheater

is both a challenging and a rewarding experience. The process might be complex and can be prone

to unforeseen issues and expenses. The purpose of this paper is to show and establish that the

amphitheater we have right now has poor ventilation but we can still make it more relaxing and

decompressing to stay regardless of its age. In this paper, the group will describe the needed

improvements that the amphitheater should have to make everyone feel comfortable just by having

an air-conditioned atmosphere with bleacher chairs to sit on, renewed stage, and paintings.

Furthermore, this paper will commonly discuss on the things that should be done to the Robert

Black Amphitheater.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION

This project is proposed to renovate the Robert Black Amphitheater which is located at the

Brokenshire College, Madapo Hills, Davao City. Over the past years, the Robert Black

Amphitheater has been the venue for activities, programs and event whether in connection with

the school or even from the outside. Thus, the equipment becomes inconvenient to use. As time

goes by, the students in Brokenshire College in Junior and Senior High School Department demand

improvement and the enhancement due to the lack of supervisions. This proposed project

encompasses the rebuilding of the court, replacing of the chairs to bleachers, emplacing the

equipment and expanding the space in the Amphitheater. This proposed project is designed to offer

convenience both to the locals and the students. Wherein they will no longer experience

discomforts. Therefore, we have formulated an idea that can surely help both locals and the

students to feel free and relaxed at the same time.

OBJECTIVES

The main objectives of this project is to renovate the Robert Black Amphitheater of the

Brokenshire College. And the specific objectives are to:

 Create a place where the students and the locals will be comfortable.

 Renovate the Amphitheater by setting air-conditions and bleachers inside the covered

court.

 Recreate the stage of the Amphitheater to make it more beautiful and aesthetic.

 Repaint the floors by adding colorful and vibrant paints.

METHODOLOGY

First, identify which equipment or materials are still viable and which need to be changed.

Then, canvas the materials that are needed for the project; make sure that it is affordable with the

budget available. Hire workers and staff to do the project and assign the workers on different fields

or departments. Lastly, start the working process and be sure to supervise all the way through.
