 Propina: Si no te gusta dar propina cuando vas a un restaurant, entonces tampoco te va a

gustar saber que en Norteamérica están casi obligados a dar propina entre el 18 y 25% por
algún servicio prestado sin importar la calidad de atención que te haya brindado.
 Forma de expresar respeto: si quieres referirte a alguien utilizan la palabra Mister si es
hombre o Miss si es mujer seguida de su apellido.
 Horario de llamadas: llamar antes de las 9:00am o después de las 10:00pm no es correcto a
menos que sea una urgencia.
 Reglas sociales:
 Vender alcohol a menores de 21 años de edad está prohibido.

Celebrar el día de la independencia o “the fourth of July” es tan importante y popular como el di de
“acción de gracias”, para esto realizan una serie de actividades tales como:

 Competir en deportes como el béisbol.

 Hacen concursos para premiar al más tragón como es el caso de del concurso de consumo
