During the 2016 Olympics, the Lebanese and Israeli delegations were supposed to share a

transportation bus to Maracanã Stadium when the Lebanese delegation's head physically stopped
Israeli athletes from accessing the vehicle where the Olympic officials embraced the act and obviously
agreed and put the Israeli delegation in a separate ' special vehicle’.

How far is it possible to remain rational and ethical with regards to belief?

The rationale is a methodical approach that allows us to know the cause of what is right or wrong,
hence reasoning is usually undertaken in Ethics.
Being unethical is interpreted as an unprincipled act, but it depends on why the individual is unethical
based on their emotions and reasons. We go through different thoughts and critical thinking as we
give reasons to prove ourselves right in circumstances. Justification of the reasons for being ethical
and unethical can vary from person to person and can therefore only be accepted if the justification is
explained as right. Based on their experiences, people have different perceptions and reasoning.
Hence the WOK is reason and emotion, and AOK is Ethics as they are the crucial ways which help in
understanding the ethical boundaries especially in Olympics.

during decision making.
- Evidence for my claim- Women in Saudi Arabia wear only burkha and are not allowed to travel
without consent whereas our religion allows us whatever we want.
-Counter claim which is-Not all decisions can be made based on one’s religious understanding as
reason plays an important role in influencing these.
-I will be giving evidence for my counter claim which is Parsis believe that god is the supreme leader
whom they worship, where Ratan tata being a parsi to an extent is contradicting this belief.
-State Mini Conclusion and evidence which is the religion formed by Akbar named Dīn-i Ilāhī.
-Final Conclusion.

All religions follow certain rules which governs them, therefore they follow them. Many people are
following them very strictly in religions and some are not following them at all. Because each has his
own understanding of morality, law, and reasoning. I would assume that religions are just about
dividing people so they can be easily identified and tell us about the history of people, when looking at
the past of the individuals, we judge people according to the context of their ancestors, which is
inaccurate and leads to conflict. I also agree that religions should be used to classify them or judge
them, which will allow us to connect easily, minimize tensions and encourage love.
