BASIC HAND TOOLS FOR WOOD WORKING

A claw hammer is a tool

nails into, or pulling nails

type of clamp device typically
used to hold a wood or metal
workpiece, and often used in,
but are not limited to,

A tape measure is a
portable measurement
device used to quantify
the size of an object or
the distance between
objects.

carpentry hand saws,
also known as “panel
saws”, are used to cut
pieces of wood into
different shapes.

A coping saw is a type


of bow saw used to cut
intricate external shapes
and interior cut outs in
woodworking or
carpentry.
