Instructions for the Presentation:
Follow the given directions for the submission of your presentation:

1. You are expected to deliver a polished and concise overview of the topic in the allotted 15-20
minute time frame. You will have 5 minutes for questions and answers, following the
presentation. You are expected to engage the complete 25 minute timer period, but not more
than it.
2. Your presentation should generally follow the outline of your topic and should include a brief
introduction that provides the audience with a frame of reference, a main body of the
presentation and a strong conclusion.
3. Your goal is to engage the audience effectively and to get your message across.
4. Mark the proper reference from where you are gathering your information.
5. Time and date will not be change, until and unless due to any severe conditions.
6. A soft copy of the presentation must be submitted before the date of your presentation.
7. Presentation contain the following contents:
a. Introduction/ Application of the product
b. Raw materials/ Operating parameters (Chemical reaction, temperature/ pressure
conditions, catalyst etc.)
c. Properly drawn and marked Process flow diagram and its description
d. Any special feature of the product or process or any specific property
