“Physical Fitness Training”

On or at about 0530H, the class was gathered at the gym of UC Main.

The class adjutant checked the attendance.

On or at about 0545H, the class was called to formation for the Marcher’s
announcements.

On or at about 0555H, the class began aligning the participants of the

physical fitness training.

On or at about 0600H, stretching exercises were conducted and it was led

by Sir Quismorio and Sir Anapen of Team Alpha and Team Bravo, respectively.

On or at about 0610H, the exercises were conducted and was led by Sir
Anapen of Team Bravo, Sir Quismorio of Team Alpha and Team Headquarters.

On or at about 0640H, cooldown exercises were done. At around 0645H,

the class then had Zumba exercises, led by Intern Bandao, Budget Officer and
the interns of Headquarters.

On or at about 0700H, after the Class Marcher dismissed the participants

and the class as well.
