Quality Matters 2011-2013 Review Sheet

The checklist I chose to evaluate the readiness of my course was the Quality Matters
Rubric. I have copied and pasted the rubric below. I have placed a checkmark in the yes
or no box, depending on if my course displays that or not. If my course did not include
that certain point, I included in the notes section how I would improve that.
