years (If applicable only)
6. Original Certificate of Employment
(must include applicant's position, date hired, compensation, office address, HR landline number (cell-
phone number is not allowed), HR e-mail address)
7. Original Personal Bank Certificate
(must include account type, current balance, account opening date, ADB)
8. Bank Statement
(original or certified true copy of bank statements/passbook for the last 3 months)
9. Photocopy of ITR (Income Tax Return) or Form 2316
10. Copy of PRC Card or IBP Card (If applicable only)

You can download the application form here. You can also ask this for at he Korean
Embassy or consulate. They will provide it to you for free.
Take note, you have to be careful on writing the information and make sure it’s correct
and updated. The picture below shows an example if the purpose of your travel for
tourism.
If the purpose of your visit is for tourism and visit your bf/gf, then you can put a check
mark on “Others” and the write “Visit my bf/gf and meet his/her family and friend” It
depends in your own personal reason.
Studios know the sizes of the picture. You just have to mention that it is “for Korean Visa
Application”. Make sure to look as good as you can before you decide to take a picture
because Photoshop is not allowed.

the last 3 months)
You can have at least 50,000 pesos in your bank account for a month intent of stay in
South Korea. Having a bigger money on the account is not an assurance that a person
can get a visa. Be confident. Money is not the main reason for visa issuance. The
embassy just wanted to know if you can afford your travel or not that is why they don’t
specify the amount of money that your bank account should have.

up the information on the file attached.
Right Click the Image and Save Image and then you may print it.
After you comply all those documents above, you can go ahead and submit that at the
Embassy. If you apply the visa in MANILA, then you must ask assistance with the
agency.
“walk-in applicants for temporary visitor’s visa will no longer be accepted”. Effective
starting July 1, 2018.
