Praise and gratitude I thank God Almighty for His blessings and grace, I can complete
this critical journal of business English in a good and timely manner. I am also grateful to
Ms.Ivo Selvia Agusti, S.E, M.Si for giving this assignment. This critical journal review is
submitted as a fulfillment of the assignments of the Business English course.
I hope that critical journal review adds to our insights and knowledge, so that we can
know the strengths and weaknesses of each journal that will be discussed therein. I am aware

A. Background
English is chosen as a foreign language in “business” or the language for them to
communicate so that misunderstandings occur when establishing cooperation. Therefore, as
time goes by, we must be demanded to know more about the foreign languages or English. It
can even be said that it can even be concluded that English is very important in business
environment.
B. Benefits
As for the purpose of critizing this journal to add insight in developing teaching English in
business environment.

Research subject The research results revealed that the current ESP in use
fails to capture the learners’ needs and skills in workplace
communication.

The advantage of this reseach are that provides examples
and clear descriptions journal so examples of application of
this journal can make readers also understand the result of
this study.
Weaknes introduction:
In this introduction there are some words that are difficult to
understand its meaning therefore the reader must read it
more in order to understand the intent and the purpose of
this journal.

The weakness is that existing will be more accurate if you
use diagram to explain the examples of this example.
