Integration

Thanks to the PBX module, all calls from rooms will be automatically recorded and posted as the guest’s expense.
The software supports work with many PBX manufacturers and can be extended to support other models as well.

It is also possible to integrate Hotelier with the system of locks with card keys. During guest registration, the software
will program a card key to be valid for the period of the guest’s stay. Also, these cards can be used for payment of all
additional hotel services. All services which a quest has used by means of this card will be charged at the reception
when the guest leaves the hotel.

Housekeeping and Minibar


Monitoring consumption and stock of the minibar, monitoring utilization of consumables, lists of rooms for
cleaning connected with the reception, cleaned room reports, and laundry services.
A specialized mobile application enables housekeeping staff to record all necessary information instantly while
visiting the rooms.

Superior Restaurant System


The hotel information system is fully integrated with our award-winning Garson software package for managing
restaurant/storage operations.

Garson contains all necessary things for simple issuing of bills, configuration of menu, recipes, pricelists and special
promotions, monitoring overall stock management operations, printing necessary reports, as well as oversight of
employees’ performance. It supports the work with mobile devices and touch screen displays.

Cost Based Control of Materials


The system supports the management of unlimited number of warehouses, work with recipes and calculations
and work with various types of items and services. Because of precise monitoring of supplies and the existence of
records of all activities, it is possible to review current stock, item stock cards, stock supplies at a given date, as well
as a turnover of every warehouse separately at any moment.

Wellness & SPA


The software package has a special module which enables managing operations in wellness & spa centres which
operate as separate facilities or as a part of larger hotel complex. In this module, it is possible to keep record of
members (who do not necessarily need to be hotel guests), define various packages of membership fees, make
appointments for certain treatments, configure goods sales, as well as charge for additional services. Of course, all
data is integrated with the data from the reception so that a hotel guest can pay for all services at one point.
Integration with Spa Software
Hotelier is fully integrated with the Helix information system, software for healthcare services. Helix is an informa-
tion system which provides keeping records of patients at stationary treatment, as well as outpatients, and covers all
aspects of medical institution operations.

If your institution provides services of stationary treatment or uses its capacities for outpatients accommodation,
integration of hotel and medical software can considerably increase the efficiency of your operations since all data
entries are made only once and reviewed at the same place. Additionally, an integrated system allows for centralized
charging for all services performed in entire complex during the stay of your patients.

Management
Hotelier enables overview of data structure and produces reports about operations of all sectors within a hotel at any
time. Numerous reports and statistics can be produced, as well as analyses of business operations that help hotel
managers make right decisions.

Online presence
Integrate Hotelier with online reservation system, so all reservations are forwarded at the time of creation.
