Integration

Thanks to the PBX module, all calls from rooms will be automatically recorded and posted as the guest’s expense.
The software supports work with many PBX manufacturers and can be extended to support other models as well.
It is also possible to integrate Hotelier with the system of locks with card keys. During guest registration, the software
will program a card key to be valid for the period of the guest’s stay. Also, these cards can be used for payment of all
additional hotel services. All services which a quest has used by means of this card will be charged at the reception
when the guest leaves the hotel.
Garson contains all necessary things for simple issuing of bills, configuration of menu, recipes, pricelists and special
promotions, monitoring overall stock management operations, printing necessary reports, as well as oversight of
employees’ performance. It supports the work with mobile devices and touch screen displays.
If your institution provides services of stationary treatment or uses its capacities for outpatients accommodation,
integration of hotel and medical software can considerably increase the efficiency of your operations since all data
entries are made only once and reviewed at the same place. Additionally, an integrated system allows for centralized
charging for all services performed in entire complex during the stay of your patients.
