EXECUTIVE CHEF

We are hiring a warm, out-going, authentically amazing Executive Chef who is

looking for a place to work that inspires and challenges.
Key Requirements:

 College degree preferred or equivalent experience.

 Required hands-on leader with the ability to positively coach and motivate the
team to success.
 Ideally, the candidate would have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar
role in a 5-star Luxury hotel or resort; able to handle multi-national team;
Strong in HACCP procedures and application; exposure to outlet opening;
exposure to a wide variety of outlets.
 The position requires a high organization skill; highly motivated; focus on
training and developing staff members.
 Preferred candidates will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of
results achieved, creativity and the implementation of latest culinary trends.
 Excellent English language communications skills, additional language be an
asset.
 Prior experience in the Maldives or any other remote location is preferred.
