College degree preferred or equivalent experience.
Required hands-on leader with the ability to positively coach and motivate the team to success. Ideally, the candidate would have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role in a 5-star Luxury hotel or resort; able to handle multi-national team; Strong in HACCP procedures and application; exposure to outlet opening; exposure to a wide variety of outlets. The position requires a high organization skill; highly motivated; focus on training and developing staff members. Preferred candidates will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of results achieved, creativity and the implementation of latest culinary trends. Excellent English language communications skills, additional language be an asset. Prior experience in the Maldives or any other remote location is preferred.
