Using the company’s corporate values (from exhibit 2-4), describe the organizational

culture. In which areas would you say that a company’s culture is very high (or typical)?

Explain.

The main values of Zhongwang are divided into five parts. The very first value of the company

is that it highly tries to get flourish and growth along with its increasing customers and add

value in its product ranges. The second value of the corporation is that it tries to develop talent

and skills in its employees in its own manner, particularly in making them to be more

innovative, teamwork and working for getting excellence. The third value of the company is

that it wants to build sustainable growth in their earning and provides effective awards to all

its stakeholders, like investors and shareholders who have invested in their business.

The fourth value of the company is to become enough and actively responsible corporate

citizens of the country and perform all their business dealings with integrity like a proper

number of charities would be performed, and multiple awareness programs and sessions would

be participated actively by the company. The fifth one and the final one value of the company

is the establishment of the company in such a manner in which all the customers would highly

trust the company, to retain their trust and to develop such kind of employees, their skills and

capabilities which would promote these traits in all of them in the future while working with

the company.

Moreover, this company is also highly dependent on the philosophy of customers are always

on the top priority. For this purpose, a multiple number of training sessions have been provided

to all their employees at the time of their joining and at multiple times during their working in

the company in which they are instructed to give more importance to all their customers, their

expectations, requirements and the trends which have been changing along with time for

providing high quality of services and products to them. These values are highly promoted by

the company for increasing the satisfaction level of their customers and attracting new

customers towards the company.

However, China Zhongwang is a typical customer-oriented company in which most of the

importance is given to the customers, their satisfaction level and their requirements as

compared to employees but multiple numbers of training sessions are also provided to

employees for increasing their satisfaction level, boosting their skill set and improving their

innovation capabilities. The corporate culture of the company is very high in terms of its

training sessions, which are provided to their employees at frequent times, but it also needs to

make improvements in some other potential areas to boost the satisfaction level of their

employees and to become an internationally well-known recruitment brand.

However, the corporate culture in multiple areas is not a typical culture as it is also providing

a variety of opportunities and rewards to their employees to keep them in the company for

longer durations and boosting their skills. It is mainly determined on the lifetime learning skills

of their employees to keep them always up to date towards the new coming trends,

opportunities, and skills for completing most of the tasks more timely, accurately, and with

more efficiency. The main focus of the company is to prepare its employees to work harder,

more productively and especially for innovation.

The corporate culture is fully developed in such a manner that it highly supports innovation

while doing working in the company and developing products for customers. However, in

multiple areas of the company's corporate culture, there is a strong need for improvement to

increase more productivity and innovation skills in their employees and boosting their

satisfaction level towards their company.
