• For International Tickets – max of 2500 per way, per passenger,
per segment

How do I sign up or
avail VIA system?
Single or Sole Proprietorship:
1. DTI registration for travel related business (ex. ABC Travel and Tours, ABC
Ticketing Services, etc.)
2. Business Permit (if not yet available, please accomplished the attached
Promissory Letter)
3. Certificate of Registration (COR) or BIR Certificate
4. Business Plate number for year 2015 (if available)
5. Certification from BPLO if the City Hall is not issuing Business Plate
6. Two valid IDs of the owner
7. Special Power of Attorney (Notarized) - if the General Manager is different
from the owner
8. Activation Fee of 5,000 pesos (consumable)

Partnership:
1. SEC Registration for travel related business (ex. ABC Travel and Tours, ABC
Ticketing Services, etc.)
2. Business or Mayor’s Permit (if not available, please accomplish attached
Promissory Letter)
3. Certificate of Registration (COR) or BIR Certificate
4. Business Plate number for year 2015 (if available)
5. Certification from BPLO if the City Hall is not issuing Business Plate
6. Two valid IDs of one of the partners
7. Activation Fee of 5,000 pesos (consumable)

Corporation:
1. SEC Registration for travel related business (ex. ABC Travel and Tours, ABC
Ticketing Services, etc.)
2. Business or Mayor’s Permit (if not available, please accomplish attached
