Rent Agreement

This lease agreement is made and executed on April 24th, 2018 by Mr. Harish Chander, House No 80B,
Segmund-Freud-Strasse 103, 60435-Franfurt am Main, hereinafter referred as "Landlord" and Mr. Kiran
Nandarapalli, MynagundlaPalli, Thavanampalli (man), K.Patnam (post), Chittoor-517131, India,
hereinafter referred as "Tenant"

The Landlord agrees to rent out part of his own premises located at House No. 80B, Sigmund-Freud-
Strasse 103, 60435-Frankfurt am Main, on the shared basis with another tenant starting from May 1st,
2018 on the Following terms and conditions.

Terms and Conditions:

1. The tenant agrees to pay a rental of 275 euros per month. This rent would be all inclusive rent
(including water, electricity, heater, wi-fi and all other charges)
2. The security deposit paid to the owner is 550 euros per month which would be refundable at
the time of lease termination.
3. The tenant agrees for the 6 months minimum tenancy period.
4. The tenant and landlord both have the right to terminate the tenancy contract with a prior
notice of 3 months.
5. No guest, no drinking and no smoking allowed inside the house.
