Terms and Conditions: T he campaign will run from 12:00 am on October 1st to 11:59 pm on December 31st. Advisors must be in good
standing with Financial Horizons Group at the close of the contest to be eligible for any rewards. Any Life, Health or Living Benefits
application submitted will be included for any carrier. Rewards are as stated, and cannot be exchanged for another item. If a winner
chooses to have his or her winnings donated to a registered charity, the donation will be made by Financial Horizons Group in the name of
the winning advisor.
Any advisor can participate so long as they have a valid, in-force contract with Financial Horizons Group. Advisors are reminded that they
must ensure adherence to the FHG and applicable carrier Codes of Conduct, and follow all provincial laws, legislation, product
manufacturer rules and industry guidelines when writing business at all times, including during this contest. Any breach of conduct will
immediately void eligibility for the contest. Financial Horizons Group maintains the right to apply discretion when it comes to awarding
prizes.
