Trusting Social is a Fintech and Artificial Intelligence company that pioneers alternative credit scoring for
emerging markets using telecom data and other new data sources.

We aim to provide 1 billion credit scores to the unbanked consumers who currently do not have access to
formal credit. We target emerging markets worldwide, with the initial focus on Southeast Asia and India. In
Vietnam, Trusting Social currently provides credit scores to 60 million Vietnamese consumers. Our customers

Role : Software Engineer Full Stack (Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam/Bangalore)

1. Design,implement and deploy performant applications and RESTful APIs that change the way lending
happens
2. Architect efficient and scalable backend systems (Go, python)
3. Write high-quality code (python, JS) that communicates with upstream backend services via HTTP
APIs
4. Write unit, functional and end-to-end tests
5. Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues
6. Participate in code reviews
Requirements

1. 3-5 years of experience, having shipped two strong deliverables to production. Startup experience a
plus
2. Strong working knowledge of data structures, algorithms, object oriented design, cloud, web sockets
and protocols
3. Knowledge of distributed systems and programming high concurrency applications, preferably with
1+ year of experience in Golang
4. Experience working with multi tier applications and a variety of SQL and NOSQL databases. Strong
Database and Schema design for performance and scale
5. Experience with automated testing, CI/CD Jenkins, Docker containers, Kubernetes, caching
techniques and Git is nice to have
