1.0 Reception and Conference Room

1.1 Reception Door Handle is loose.

1.2 Grids in Reception ceiling are not aligned.

1.3 Translucent film design and placement on Reception Glass Door/Partition.

1.5 Reception table & Cable management, supply and installation.

1.6 Electrical Point for Fire Panel in the reception cabinet is missing, Fire system not
working post occupancy, building administration issued a warning for the same.

1.7 Magnetic Locks for the Red Cabinet in the reception area.

1.8 Floor separation plates in flooring transition for reception and Conference room.

1.9 Conference room glass partition translucent sheets pattern is not as per design- it is
completely opaque. Sample never approved by BDP. Please suggest alternate.

1.10 Conference Room Door Handle yet to be supplied and installed. Door frame to be re
finished.

1.11 Silicon Glue filling and cleaning for the socket placed on lacquered glass in
conference room.

1.12 Glass partition frame needs to be painted and finished, it has multiple scratches,
and exposed surfaces.

1.13 Wall paneling with laminate over the storage in Conference room to match the
laminate top edge is pending.

1.14 Cove Light in Conference Room missing.

1.15 Red Wall photo frame installation pending.

1.16 Cracks in Conference Room wall.

2.0 Server Room

2.1 Camera Lan Configuration pending.

2.2 Heat Alarm Installation Pending.

2.3 Floor Hatch, Raceways Cover pending in server room, the floor needs to be
finished.

3.0 Office Floor Area

3.1 Laminate Change on the Switch panel Boxing in Red Pod Area

3.2 Ceiling, Partition Cracks in the Pod Area.

3.3 Polishing, Touching up Window sill, partition.

3.4 Storage dimensions not matching the drawing for PS1, to be updated. Top to match
Site.

3.5 Corner Table extension missing, for the seat next to the window

3.6 Discussion Area Table supply, Installation pending.

3.7 Cove damaged over the Storage/Shelf.

3.8 Cable Management for all Workstations: Discussed With Grijesh.

3.9 Printer Table Top to be made out of MDF, Particle board not taking the weight of the
printer, please take the proper dimension from site.

3.10 Ceiling tiles replacement, damaged and dirty tiles.

3.11 2 no’s Table top Damaged, not right size to be replaced.

3.12 Fasteners, Hooks for the pelmet for hanging planters missing.

3.13 Key Board Trays Missing

3.14 Floor not leveled in places, please review with us on site, raceway covers also
pending in some places

3.15 Open storage for desks along the windows need to be fixed, Box files not getting
accommodated. Skirting needs to be removed and more height to be given between
shelves

3.16 Shelves in the long storage against the side wall are sagging because they are in
particle board instead of MDF, please check on site and replace the required ones

3.17 AC adjustment and checking the FCU with dripping water problem.

3.18 Changing the mentioned shelves to Pre-laminated Board, instead of particle board
since they aren’t taking up the weight of stuff kept and sagging.

4.0 Pantry

4.1 Wall tiles missing from sink side and coffee machine side- please install.

4.2 Plumbing Work, including alterations to avoid the seepage, repairing the Corridor
wall as well.

4.3 RO Shifting, Fan installation, Moving conduits from over the wall to inside the wall.

4.4 Skirting missing from Pantry and office floor Transition.

4.5 Tiles around Switch Boards in pantry Broken/ Cracked.

4.6 Magnet Closers in pantry Storage missing.

4.7 Painting of pantry shaft door and addition of magnet/ locking mechanism.

4.8 Ventilation system for Pantry.

5.0 New/ additional items

5.1 Tap for RO.

5.2 1 Storage to be converted from Cubby holes to Glass Shelves.

5.3 Laminate Edging on walls from reception Entry.

5.4 Increasing the Number of lights in the gypsum Ceiling.
