branch near your areas. PRINT THE NAME OF YOUR SCHOOL LEGIBLY IN THE DEPOSIT SLIP WHEN DEPOSITING
THE REGISTRATION FEES. E-MAIL SCANNED COPY OF THE VALIDATED DEPOSIT SLIP AND LIST OF PARTICIPANTS
TO pasmeth.academy@gmail.com . The deposit slips must also be presented at the registration area in
exchange with the PASMETH official receipt before the start of the program.

On-site registration may also be accepted however you have to confirm by submitting the list of participants AND
A LETTER STATING THAT SHOULD THERE BE A NON-APEARANCE ON THEIR PART MEANS PAYING THE SAME
REGISTRATION FEES TO PASMETH. Send it thru the PASMETH Members messenger chat group or
pasmeth.academy@gmail.com at least 3 days before the seminar. LIKEWISE, ONSITE REGISTRANTS ARE NOT
ASSURED OF MEALS AND OTHER MATERIALS THAT MAY BE DISTRIBUTED DURING THE SEMINAR.
