flexibility in recent years in reshaping its organization and pushing authority down to front-line
managers.

NOYCE Associates is continuously making new improvements, to be a long-term strategic

partner with the clients. As a part of their total Networking Management Controlling, we are
continuously searching for options in lowering our cost to give the best price with the best Internet
to our valuable server. They set total Quality Management as a Server connection of our network
organization our goal is the keep continues improvements with focusing on team work, increasing
customer satisfaction, lowering costs. Spring Associates Having manual printing capacity of five
thousand severs day of all kind of Knit and Denim Technique standards, Sewing Machines with
Sewing capacity of Connecting is mainly made up by knitted outerwear garments using 100%
cotton and cotton / mixed fabrics (Jersey, Piques, Monthly production is in access.

2.3 ABOUT THE SOFTWARE

Visual Basic .NET

The differences between VB6.0 and VB.NET transcend the languages. VB.NET is part of a
brand new platform, based on the .NET Framework. All languages in .NET are based on this new
platform, which allows many great new capabilities for a VB developer. Because the .NET
Framework is fully object-oriented, .NET languages also must support OOP features. The result is
that VB.NET is fully object-oriented. This is a huge difference and is a powerful improvement over
previous version of VB. It also introduces another level of complexity along with this new power.
There are many other advantages to .NET:

 Full object-oriented capabilities

 An incredible IDE
 Cross-language inheritance
 Real VB (or C#, etc.) in ASP.NET, not VBScript
 Web service tools
 One way to do things, no matter what .NET language you are using

THE .NET FRAMEWORK

The .NET Framework has two main parts:

1. The Common Language Runtime (CLR).
2. A hierarchical set of class libraries.
The CLR is described as the “execution engine” of .NET. It provides the environment within
which programs run.

M.ICROSOFT SQL SERVER 2012

Microsoft SQL (Structured Query Language) Server is a relational database

management system developed by Microsoft. As a database server, it is a software product whose
primary function is to store and retrieve data as requested by other software applications, be it
those on the same computer or those running on another computer across a network (including the
Internet). There are at least a dozen different editions of Microsoft SQL Server aimed at different
audiences and for workloads ranging from small single-machine applications to large Internet-
facing applications with many concurrent users. Its primary query languages are T-SQL and ANSI
SQL.
 3. SYSTEM STUDY
3.1 EXISTING SYSTEM
Addition of new features is very difficult and creates more overheads. The present

system is not easily customizable. The existing system records customer details, employee

details, new service/event details manually. The change in one module or any part of the

system is widely affected in other parts or sections. And it is difficult to coordinate all the

changes by the administrator. This present system then becomes more error prone when we

think about Updating. Lots of security problems are present in the existing system. Keeping

the problem definition in mind the proposed system evolves which is easily customizable,

user friendly, easy to update with new features in future and so on.

3.2 ADVANTAGES
The feasibility of the project is analyzed in this phase and business proposal is put forth

with a very general plan for the project and some cost estimates. During system analysis the

feasibility study of the proposed system is to be carried out. This is to ensure that the proposed

system is not a burden to the company.

Three key considerations involved in the feasibility analysis are

4.1 INPUT DESIGN

Input design is a part of overall system design, which requires careful attention. It is the
process of converting user-originated inputs to a computer-based format. The major objective of
the input design is to make data entry easy, logical and error free.

A form is “any surface on which information is to be entered, the nature of which is

determined by what is already on the surface”. If the data going into the system is incorrect, then
processing and output will magnify these errors. So designer should ensure that form is acceptable
and understandable by the user.

This application has been developed in a user-friendly manner. The layout of the form is
made in such a way that the user will not find any difficulty in going from one field to other by
just pressing the tab. During the processing the cursor is placed in the position where the data must
be entered.

The user is also provided with an option of selecting an appropriate input from a list of
values. Necessary dropdown list boxes and combo boxes are included for necessary fields so that
the user need not remember all the data and can just select from it.
4.2 OUTPUT DESIGN
One of the most important features of a system for users in the output it

produces. Output design should improve the system’s relationship with the user and

help in decision-making. Considering the future use of output required, and

depending on the nature, it is displayed on the monitor for immediate need of

obtaining the hard copy.

The objective of output design is to define the controls and format of all printed documents
and reports and of screens that will be produced by the system. Computer output is the most
important and direct source of information to the user.

Objectives
1. Design output to serve the intended purpose.

2. Deliver the appropriate quality of output.

3. Choose the right output method.

4. Provide output on time.

Output, generally refers to the results that are generated by the system. The

output of the system is designed so as to include number of reports. Reports reflect

the output design.

 5.CONCLUSION

I tried to create a user friendly, useful, easy to handle and most importantly platform
independent application that comprises both admin and user module. The developed system is
flexible, robust. The important benefits that have been found out through the implemented system
are:

• User friendly.
• Simplified operation.
• Reduced processing time.
• Increases accuracy.
• More reliability.

This project proved good for me as it provided practical knowledge of not only C#.NET
and MS SQL and some other technologies, but it also gave me a chance to get real time experience
of developing project.
