AMC Charges after warranty period
 AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) will be 25% of the software cost. It will be
applicable after initial one year support period (Payable in advance).
 Inclusions & Exclusions as mentioned above applies to the AMC Period.

Terms of Payment
 Price quoted above is valid upto 7 days from the date of quotation.
 80% advance at the time of order. Balance payment after completion (training and
other formatting issue) of your work but not more than 20 days.

Delivery
 Software will be delivered within 21 days from date of order.

 For successful and smooth running of the software we recommend following
hardware
 configuration for client systems:
