DAILY DIARY…
Day 2
Day 1
First we were excited on the things that
are going to happened during our
immersion, it’s a mixed of nervousness
and happiness. And when we are already
there the people are approachable. The
first thing we did was we are introducing
our own selves and the future career that
we will be taking up. And we have our first
orientation, we are discussing the things
about the company, where it is originated
and who are the people involved in this
company. We have also a fire drill, we
learn different safety tips and we are
guided to where we must evacuate in case
of emergency.
Day 3
There’s no class because there is
a typhoon so we didn’t go to
CREOTEC and because of that we
still continue our assignment the
5’s.
Day 5
In the morning we finished our
orientation and on the afternoon
we are introduce in the production
room, and we assigned our
different leaders and groups.
We continue our discussion and we
discuss about the different guidelines
that we are going to follow. The
guideline that we must always
remember is the 5’s, this is very
essential thing to do before and after
our work. And we have an assignment
about the 5’s, we are given a sheet of
paper in which we must fill up the
things that you applied the 5’s at home
and it is a everyday assignment. Also
we discussed the different Japanese
terms that are used during work.
Day 4
There’s still no class because of
fiesta in Opon and we still continue
our 5’s assignment
Day 6
And because we are done introducing in
the production room we are assigned our
different stations. After that the goal that
we are going to set is we must make 100
PCB’s. it was our first day of work and its
new to us and its really tiring especially
we are standing in the production room
whole day and we are not used to it. We
have also a quiz about the station that we
are assigned and that is conducted to our
team leaders, and it was just easy. But in
the end of the day there are already 60%
that were made.
Day 7

Our quota on this day is 200 plus the

remaining 40 yesterday. We are
challenge to work and to exceed more
to the given quota. And also, this day
the in charge showed to us the
computation of our salary. We were
shocked and we didn’t expect that kind
of salary. For us it’s not worthy in our
effort to have that kind of salary. Then
we’ve realized it’s not easy to be in the
field of work there are different
challenges we need have to encounter.
Day 8
We continue our assigned quota. Then
we finished the given quota. We were
asked to have an exit interview. This
interview, question us on how was our
experiences and the different
encounters in the company. After our
work we have a game and it was fun
and we are so happy on this day.

Day 9
We continue still our work then after
lunch we are done in the production
area and we proceed to the lecture
room for us to take the final
assessment. We prepare ourselves
and study the different things that
we have learned in the production.
After our final assessment we watch
movies and wait for the time, after
that we take a group pictures with
miss Diane and Jacky.
Day 10
After the longs days we came back to
CREOTEC to make up the days that we
have missed. There are already students
from Bohol and we were merged in our
different tasks. We continue and help
their assigned quota. We feel so
awkward at first because we didn’t still
know each other but during break time
we make friends to them.

Day 11

This is our last day of CREOTEC and

with the students from Bohol. After
our work we mingle and have fun to
them and on the afternoon we take
group pictures with the Bohol
students. We say goodbyes to the
different staff of CREOTEC especially
the guard that we always met every
time we arrived in the morning he
greeted us happily. And It was really a
great experience we have encounter
in CREOTEC.

PROduction room It is we’re we experience being a

professional worker/ employee
where we can apply the different
values and attitude of what a
employee must be in terms of work.
Also it is we’re we encounter
challenges especially when we are
going to achieve our quota on the
given day. And this is where we learn
how to handle things and to manage
our time in working.

LECTURE ROOM This is our first room we’re we

discussed the different things
that we need to apply in the
production area.
