yearly basis

 Any Member bringing in any assignment gets a 10 % share of Profit.
 Freelancers & firms can avail guaranteed assignments through
PPAMS
 Special rates for PPAMS certified entities on printing, framing, &
designing charges( Creative Design starting @400 including - logo ,
CV, book cover, book text, posters , Banners, CD Cover etc.
 Also avail back up photographers on demand and a huge lot of
other benefits.
 Freelancers Registration fee is Rs. 500 & Assignment Security is Rs.
500, Firms Reg. fee is Rs. 750 & Assignment Security is Rs. 750
 Anyone member who brings in any assignment to PPAMS gets a
5 (five) % Profit from the total project.
 Create various posts in the Zones for Smooth Functioning of the
Organization.
 All Educational & Edutainment Activities, Affiliating of other
organizations/affiliations, membership in the zones.
 May create separate Posts as PPAMS Zonal Head.
 Co-ordinate all PPAMS related activity if separate posts not created.
 Independent working mechanism but Submit quarterly report on all
activities and organizational/membership accounts.
 PPAMS Legal Norms -All assignments/orders placed through Head
Office Only/- and in Single bank account of PCA which is to be
notified to Head of Accounts accordingly. Cash book/receipt of
payment/vouchers/stock register to be kept ready for Audit and
accountability with all legal norms.
 Have to sign and accept all Protocols and guidelines in format.
 5% of Membership fees shall be retained by Zonal Heads for office
contingency
 Registration process of managers by deposit of Rs. 1500
and signatory to the rules & regulations.
 A person from among paid members can join as a
manager if 2/3rd of Core committee approves it.
 4 zonal heads of each East, West, North, South Assam
will also act as Chief coordinators of PPAMS.
 Supervision from other core committee members
 Yearly submission PPAMS account details to Treasurer
PCA.
 Overall annual report published in General Meeting
PCA.
 The Tour Head will take care of all tour
related activities
 Team to be formed by the General
Secretary Himself
 All accounts and registration forms and No
Objection Certificates have to be properly
maintained and presented to the Accounts
Head
 All Exhibitions of PCA are to be under the
Pohor –Exhibition Branch
 Appointment of Event Director for every
such festival will be done by the Secretary
Events and Exhibitions, under whose control
all further communications shall be made.
 Other Festival such as PCA, Spring Summer
Photography Festival will fall under Pohor
 New Members registration

 Call for Emergency General Meeting
 Suspend Membership of Members, PPAMS

elimination of Members can be done only after
2/3rd Founding Members decision and 2/3rd
Executive Members Decision)
 Call for Queries to other Heads and Wings of
PCA
 Implement emergency decision with approval
of Core Committee PCA(Founding Members
and Executive Members)
 For all posts and issues related to PCA
approval of 2/3rd majority of Founding
Members and 2/3rd majority of Executive
Members is a must
 In General Meetings the opinions of all PCA
paid members shall be taken into count
 Pass any change in the PCA Protocol Book
 He/She shall form a team for proper functioning
of the Website and other International Matters
 Necessary expenditure will be allotted in
consultation with the accounts head, PCA
 Weekly/Monthly Updates in the Website shall be
mandatory
 Report after every 3 months shall be presented
to the General Secretary, PCA who will further
communicate and take necessary actions in
pen and paper.
 Misuse of PCA Brand name.
 Any act of any Members or other Affiliated
institutions, organizations, PPAMS Certified
holders causing damage to the PCA
Organization in any manner.
 Failure to Present PCA activity report and
accounts report on quarterly basis for three
periods.
 PPAMS Heads - Failure to Present PPAMS activity
report on quarterly basis for two periods.
 Make quarterly newsletter for publication among members.
(Before publishing approval from core committee)
 In times of Crisis shall act as the Spokesperson PCA
 Shall see that all issues related to PCA handled with utmost
care keeping the spirit of Unity and love of each and every
members intact
 Present Opinions to other members as and when desired
 Call for emergency Core Committee Meeting
 Make Year Calendar PCA
 See PCA RNI Registration, Trademark registration,
Tradelicense(if necessary) and other such necessary work
 Oversee PCA Journals and Pictorial Books before release
 Zonal Heads will organize and depute
person.
 Member willing to initiate any photowalk
may request in pen & paper to the Zonal
Head.
 Zonal Head should finalize the proposal and
communicate to the Accounts Section for
funds if necessary.
 Prepare Virtual online Photowalk book on
the assigned Photo walk
