Poatable Chemical PUMPS

Our chemical portable pumps are able to transfer chemical liquid easily.
Our chemical portable pump has three different kinds (PP, SUS and PVDF) in materials, so that it is
able to select the most suitable type of pump to the fluid.

FEATURES
・ Weight is light and handy and portable. Excellence in corrosion resistance makes choose-able the
best the best fit materials among 3 kinds of below.
・ Flow quantity variableness comes by reshuffling in a motor part and is comfortable.

CB-230J Series CB-365/555 Series

・ Polypropylene, PVDF and stainless steel models are provided excellent corrosion resistance from
strong acids and strong alkalis to solvent.
・ CB-555S and CB-550SA are prepared to use of high viscosity liquids up to 10,000mPa・s.
・ A pneumatic motor is used as the power source, so the pump can be used to transfer the flammable
liquids without the danger of causing an explosion. (CB-360SA, CB-550SA).
・ The pumped liquid is used as the lubricant, and a unique seal-less structure formed by an air shaft
seal forms a perfect shaft seal. (CB-230J/JS/JF, CB-365/F/S, CB-360SA ).
・ Based on RoHS.

※The models that have “A” in the model number are with “Air Motor” models, such as CB-360-SA,
CB-550-SA-B as so on.
※If the method of handling with it is mistaken, some of the upper chemical fluids are very dangerous.
When treating such a chemical fluid, please check the laws and regulations and please handle them
with enough care.
